BodyART® aim is to create harmony between body and mind. It is a training method using exercise from yoga, kinesiotherapy, stretching and pilates combined with breathing techniques and relaxation. Comparing to yoga or pilates BodyART® has more flow and dynamism in the exercise routine.
BodyART® workout blend incorporates the 3-in-1 approach with strength, cardio and flexibility training. This will be a great lesson if you want to relax, reduce stress, relive back pain, burn fat, build up muscles and be flexible. We exercise with soft music but not up to the rhytm. At the end of the course there is always a gentle stretching and a short relaxation.

BodyART basic and stretch:
BodyART basic and strech courses are really great if someone is searching for calm but intense course with therapeutic benefits.We exercise with relaxing music, our workout contains abdominal exercises yoga based poses and some Pilates inspired exercises. This course provides a great opportunity to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles and reduces back pain.
BodyART deep work is a really intense cardio workout! We exercise with fast percussion and deep house music. Our exercises contain jumping and high impact aerobic exercises. It is great program for loose weight and strengthens the entire body. For the ideal result it is recommended to visit both course!
